These terms apply to the use of the Contakt Academy member portal and app.
Your account is personal. Keep your credentials confidential and keep your details up to date. Parents/guardians manage their children's data and permissions.
Court bookings, lesson enrollments and camps run through the portal under the club's rules and rates. The club may change schedules; you will be informed.
Payments are processed by payment provider Mollie. Refunds and credits follow the club's policy, shown with your booking or enrollment.
Use the portal for club purposes only. Inappropriate chat content, misuse of others' data or attempts to circumvent security may lead to suspension.
We work to keep the portal available and accurate but cannot guarantee uninterrupted operation. Liability of the club and the technical provider is limited to what mandatory law prescribes.

Dutch law applies. Disputes go to the competent court in the Netherlands.
